- MARINADE:
- 4 shark or swordfish steaks
- 1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Step 1
Combine all marinade ingredients. Marinate steaks 1 to 3 hours before grilling.
Once the grill is heated, cook the steaks for about 4 to 5 minutes each side, longer if needed.
