Ingredients

  • 1 large canned pumpkin
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs until frothy. And pumpkin and mix. Add sugar and spices then slowly add milk. Mix well. Pour into 2-9 inch pie crusts. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes then reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake for an additional 45 to 50 minutes until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. If using glass pans, decreased temperature by 25°.
