  • Cream:
  • Grease and flour cookie sheet 15 x 10 inch.
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup pumpkin
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • FILLING:
  • Cream:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together and pour batter in cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 375deg. When baked put on dinner towel, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Roll into log and cool. Roll from short side.

Unroll cake when cool and spread filling on cake. Roll again and cover with foil and freeze, if desired. Dust with powdered sugar.
