Carolyn Clifford's Chicken Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
- 4 Skinless Chicken Breasts
- Rice
- 1 large bag or 2 regular sized bags of choopped frozen broccoli.
- 2 large canscampbell cream o mushroom soup
- 4-5 bags of shreddedd cheddar or monterey jack cheese
- 2 onions
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- stick of melted butter
- salt & pepper
- Poultry seasoning
- garlic
- bay leaves

Preparation
Step 1
1.Boil chicken with salt and pepper, bay leeaves and a little garlic, once done chop up.
2. Sautee chopped onion in skillet with one stick of butter
3. 4 cups cooked rice.
4. Mix 3 eggs in 2 cups of milk
5.Mix chicken, rice, cheese, 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, onions, plus eggs with milk in one bowl.
6.Boil broccoli just to take the chill of, do not cook all the way.
7. Taste and season to your liking.
8. Put all ingredients into casserole dish and cover with cheese.
9. Put in th oven 375-400 degrees until bubbly and brown (30-45 minutes)
