Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 Cups Flour
  • 3/4 Tsp Salt
  • 3/4 Tsp Soda
  • 3/4 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Cup Butter
  • 1 1/2 Cups Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4 Cup Oil
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Vanilla
  • 1 1/2 Cup Carrots (shredded)
  • 1/2 Cup Nuts (chopped)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine flour, salt, soda, baking powder & cinnamon in small bowl.
Cream in butter, sugar. Blend in eggs, sour cream, oil & vanilla.
Add carrots & walnuts, Stir in all dry ingredients.
Bake in 9"x5" loaf pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes @ 325 degrees
