Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin
  • 1 T grass fed beef gelatin
  • 1 cup whole fat coconut milk
  • 1 t cinnamon
  • 1/2 t nutmeg
  • 2 T honey
  • 1 t vanilla

Details

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve gelatin in small bowl with 3 T water.
Heat milk in saucepan, then add gelatin mixture and stir.
Stir for a few minutes, then add pumpkin, spices, and sweetener.
Stir for a few more minutes, until all is warm and dissolved.
Put in 2 small bowls and put in refrigerator or freezer until cool and set, about 20 minutes.
