Ingredients
- 1 3 lb pork roast
- 1 orange washed and cut in half
- 1 shallot minced
- 1/2 cup dry red wine
- olive oil
- 3 sprigs of fresh rosemary
- 2 packs of Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
- 2 cups of water
- 2 TBSP soy sauce
- Italian seasoning
- Hot pepper flakes

Preparation
Step 1
Season roast with Italian seasoning. Brown meat on all sides in olive oil. Place in Crock pot. Saute shallots. Deglaze pan with red wine. In a bowl mix dressing mix, water soy sauce, hot pepper flakes and juice of the orange. Pour mixture over roast in crock pot. Add sauteed shallots and wine. Add orange halves and fresh rosemary. Cook on high for 4-6 hours or low for 10-12 hours
