Ingredients

  • 15 ounces pumpkin puree
  • 12 ounces skim milk, evaporated
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon cloves
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup sugar substitute

Preparation

Step 1

1. Blend all ingredients.

2. Pour into greased pie tin.

3. Bake at 400 for 15 min.

4. Bake at 325 for 45 min.
