Ingredients

  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 (3.4-ounce) box French vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 (16-ounce) tub Cool Whip
  • 1 (14-ounce) box graham crackers
  • 1 (16-ounce) tub milk chocolate flavored frosting

Step 1

Mix cold milk and pudding mix together in a large bowl. Refrigerate for 5 minutes while it sets up. Carefully whisk the Cool Whip into the pudding.

Line the bottom of a 9"X9" casserole dish with unbroken graham crackers, overlapping some crackers if necessary to cover the entire bottom of dish.

Pour half of the pudding mixture on top and spread evenly. Top with another layer of graham crackers, again overlapping if necessary. Spread remaining pudding mixture on top of the graham crackers. Then top that with a third and final layer of graham crackers.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight to soften the crackers.

The next day, spread frosting on top and refrigerate until ready to serve! This recipe can easily be doubled and served in a 9″X13″ casserole dish.
