Ingredients
- 1 lb. penne pasta (cooked)
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
- one 16 oz jar giardiniera (drained & chopped)
- 1 cup diced provolone
- 1 cup salami
- 1/4 cup parsley
- 1/4 cup basil
- salt & pepper
