Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- Topping
- 1/3-cup flour
- 1-cup brown sugar 2
- pkgs. chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup melted butter
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Mix well potatoes, eggs, butter and sugars and put in buttered casserole,
topping:
Mix flour & sugar together. Spread on top of potatoes.
Cover with chopped pecans.
Pour melted butter on top.
Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes.
