Meatloaf with tomato sauce

Ingredients
- 2 pds ground chuck
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 t Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 c old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 c chopped onion
- 1 10 oz can tomato soup
- salt and pepper
- 1 medium onion cut in eighths
- 4 medium red skin potatoes cut in quarters
- 2 carrots peeled and cut in 1 1/2 in pieces

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 325
Mix meat, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, oats, onion and 1/2 can soup.
add salt and pepper
form into one or two loaves and place in baking dish
pour remaining soup over loaves
place onions, carrots, and potatoes around loaves
Bake one hour and 20 minutes
