Ingredients

  • 4 (3/4 inch thick) pork chops
  • 1/2 cup dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup italian bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon salt (don't add per jp)
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to broil.

Thickly coat pork chops with dijon mustard. In a shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs and seasonings. Coat pork chops in crumbs.

Arrance pork chops on wire rack, set on top of sheet pan. (cover pan with aluminum foil to reduce mess)

Place in broiler and cook both sides until coating is brown, about 5 minutes on each side.
