Ingredients
- 3-4 baking potatoes
- 3.5 cusp milk
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2-3 green onions
- 4 oz sharp cheddar chz
- 1.5 tsp salt
- pepper
- bacon
- sour cream
- brocolli florets steams

Preparation
Step 1
1. peel and slice potatoes in half lengthwise
2. Place in deep dish baker
3. Pour half cup of the milk over potatoes
4. Microwave 11 min
5. Move outside potatoes to middle
6. Microwace 11 more min
7. Remove and mash with mix and chop
8. Whisk cream cheese unil smooth and add remaining 3 C. of millk
9. Pour step 8 over potatoes
10. Microwave 3-5 more minutes covered
11. Slice green onions
12. Put onions and cheese in and mix till cheese melted Add salt and pepper
13. Serve with bacon, sour cream and brocolli
