"Dill-icious" Corn & Potato Salad

Ingredients
- 1/2 cupMiracle Whip Calorie Wise Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh dill
- 2 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 3 ears corn on the cob, cooked, cooled
- 1-1/2 lb. (675 g) new potatoes, quartered, cooked and cooled

Preparation
Step 1
2 cups cut fresh green beans (1 inch lengths), blanched
MIX first 3 ingredients in large bowl.
CUT kernels from corn ears. Add to dressing mixture with remaining ingredients; mix lightly.

Substitute
Prepare using 2-1/2 cups thawed frozen corn.
How to Blanch Green Beans
Add beans to saucepan of boiling water; cook, uncovered, 2 to 3 min. or just until bright green. Drain, then immediately plunge beans into bowl of ice water. When completely cool, drain beans and pat dry.
