Grilled Molasses Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • 2 cups molasses
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 onions, cut in 1/4" slices
  • 2 pork tenderloins (1 1/2 - 2 lbs each)

Step 1

Place all ingredients into a resealable plastic bag; marinate for at least one hour. Remove and grill tenderloins and onions. Grill for approximately 10=12 minutes each side or until internal temperature reaches 160. If you'd like to serve the marinade as a dipping sauce, cook it on the stovetop over medium-high heat for 10 minutes, or until thickened. Refrigerate any leftovers.
