Ingredients
- 2 lbs Yukon gold potatoes, peeled
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 2 Tablesppons chopped fresh chives

Preparation
Step 1
1. Place potatoes in a large saucepan, cover with water. Bring to a boil over medium high heat. Reduce heat and simmer 15 min or until tender. Drain
2. Combinwhole milk and butter in a small saucepan and cook over medium high heat until butter mtls. Remove milk mixture from heat.
3. Return potatoes to pan, mash with a potato masher to desired consistency. Add milk mixture, salt and papper, sturring until well combined.
