Ingredients
- 6 cups of small grape or cherry tomatoes (I like to mix colors when I can)
- Kosher salt to taste
- 2/3 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup grated pecarino or parm cheese
- shredded parm to sprinkle
- 2 cloves garlic - minced

Preparation
Step 1
Slice the tomatoes and put them in a large bowl - sprinkle with salt to taste and toss.
In another bowl, whisk the buttermilk, sour cream, garlic and grated cheese. Drizzle dressing over the tomatoes and toss -
Top with a sprinkling of shredded parm.
