Beef Strogonoff

Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef -- ground or cubed
- margerine
- 1 cup onion -- chopped
- 1 clove garlic -- ground
- 3 tablespoons flour
- meat ; extract
- 1 tablespoon catsup
- salt
- pepper
- 1 can beef bouillon
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 tablespoon dill
- 1 cup sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
Brown cubed or ground beef in heavy skillet. Saute onion, garlic, and mushrooms until onion is golden brown - about five minutes. Remove from heat. Add flour, meat extract paste, catsup, salt, and pepper, stir until smooth. Gradually add boullion; bring to boiling, stirring. Reduce heat, simmer five minutes. Over low heat, add wine, fresh or dried dill, and sour cream, stirring until well combined. Add beef, simmer just until sauce and beef are hot.
