  • Small fingerling potatoes
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Butter
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Bacon pieces
  • Sour cream to serve

Preparation

Step 1

Boil potatoes 20 min. or until fork tender. Place potatoes on cookie sheet and smash each potato with a fork. Drizzle with olive oil. Place a small dab of butter on each potato. Sprinkle generously with salt and pepper. Cover with shredded cheddar and bacon pieces.

Broil on high for 10 min or when cheese is nice and bubbly.
