  • 3 pounds ripe tomatoes, halved, seeded, chopped
  • 3/4 cup chopped fresh basil(packed)
  • 3 Tbsps fresh lime juice
  • 2 garlic cloves,chopped
  • 3/4 tsp ground cumin
  • 3/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
  • pinch of salt
