Ingredients

  • 1 large can light red kidney beans
  • 2 large cans tomatoes
  • olive oil
  • garlic
  • onions celery
  • 2 tsp Rosemary
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Preparation

Step 1

In saucepan put enough olive oil to cover bottom of pan about ¼ inch deep.

Place chopped onions, celery and garlic into oil and sauté until tender.

Add tomatoes and cook until they cook down.

Add undrained beans and seasoning and cook together until beans cook down,
about 1 - 1 ½ hours.
