Ingredients

  • 3 lbs lean Pork Roast
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 2 medium Onions, sliced
  • 3 cloves of Garlic, minced
  • Water to cover

Preparation

Step 1

Season pork with salt, pepper and onion powder and set aside

Lay 2/3 of sliced onions in bottom of slow cooker and add 1/2 of minced garlic evenly over onions. Place seasoned pork roast on top of onions and lay remaining onion and garlic on top of roast.

Cover with water. Cook on low for 8 hours and remove to a plate

Remove any fat and pull meat apart using 2 forks.

Optional: Make gravy with pan juices
