Ingredients
- 1 c. Creme Fraiche
- 1 c. broth (bouillon cube)
- 2 tsp. corn starch
- 1 c. shredded cheese
- Black or white pepper

Step 1
Mix Creme Fraiche and broth in a pot. Stir. Add the corn starch. Stir. Bring to a boil. Add the cheese and pepper.
Possible ingredients: clams, tuna fish and lemon, shrimps, garlic or smoked ham.
