Ingredients

  • CAKE:
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 2 tsps Baking Soda
  • 2 tsps Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 Cups Vegetable Oil
  • 3 Cups Grated Carrots
  • 1 1/2 Cups Chopped Pecans
  • FROSTING:
  • 2 (8 oz) Packages Cream Cheese
  • 1 Stick Salted Butter
  • 1 (16oz) Box Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 3 (9Inch) round pans.

In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Add eggs and oil. Mix until combined.

Add Carrots and pecans, stirring them in.

Pour into pans, bake for approx. 40 min. Cool before frosting.


FROSTING:
Add all ingrediants, mix till smooth.
