Ingredients
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 box Hamburger Helper cheeseburger macaroni
- 15-ounces diced tomatoes
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups water
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

Step 1
In Dutch oven pot, brown hamburger, onion, garlic, and pepper. Drain.
Stir in Hamburger Helper sauce mix, tomatoes, milk, water, ketchup, and mustard.
Heat to boiling, stirring often, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add uncooked pasta and cheese, then cover and cook additional 15 minutes, stirring often.
Serve and enjoy! May serve topped with chopped dill pickles.
