Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Sliced Onions
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 cups sliced squash
  • 1 pkg. Mandarin noodles and flavor pack
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 pepper diced
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onions and garlic in oil for 2 minutes
Stir in squash and peppers 2 minutes more
Add 1 pack ramon noodles, broken with flavor pack
Add water, cover and cook 3 minutes, add almonds.
serve.
