Ingredients

  • Measure 2 gallons broken up green beans in large pot then add:
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup pickling salt

Step 1

DIRECTIONS:
Barely cover with water, bring to boil and boil 30 minutes. Put in hot sterilized jars and seal. Do not put in canner. When ready to use, rinse and then put in pot, season with meat and cook. (Doesn’t take long to cook).
