Aunt Bev’s Corn Flake Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 6-7 medium potatoes (4 if they are big) – peeled, cubed and cooked
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tsp minced onion
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 to 16 ounces sour cream
  • 3/4 cup crushed Corn Flakes

Step 1

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350o F. Mix together all ingredients except Corn Flakes and put in greased 9x13 pan. Lower oven to 275 and bake uncovered for 30 minutes. (Note: you can actually bake these at pretty much any temperature – I’ve tried as high as 400 – as long as you adjust the baking time). Sprinkle Corn Flakes on top.
