- 2 boxes Jiffy Cornbread Mix
- 4 eggs
- 2 sticks margarine*
- 8 oz cottage cheese
- 10 oz box frozen broccoli, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped fine**

Step 1
DIRECTIONS:
Thaw and drain broccoli. Mix all ingredients together. Melt margarine on cookie sheet. Pour into mixture, leaving enough on pan for baking.
*Mrs. C. uses 1 ½ sticks - ** Mrs. C. uses whole onion
Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
