- Add to cornbread:
- Bake Jiffy Cornbread according to directions.
- Crumble cooled cornbread
- 1/2 chopped red onion
- 1 chopped green bell pepper
- 1 15 oz pinto beans, drained
- 1 12 oz niblet Corn, drained
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

DIRECTIONS:
To ½ cup mayonnaise add 4 tbls of dill pickle juice. Toss with mixture.
Top with diced fresh tomatoes (optional).
