Ingredients

  • Add to cornbread:
  • Bake Jiffy Cornbread according to directions.
  • Crumble cooled cornbread
  • 1/2 chopped red onion
  • 1 chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 15 oz pinto beans, drained
  • 1 12 oz niblet Corn, drained
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Step 1

DIRECTIONS:
To ½ cup mayonnaise add 4 tbls of dill pickle juice. Toss with mixture.
Top with diced fresh tomatoes (optional).
