- 3/4 cup + 1 tbsp heavy whipping cream
- 3/8 tsp vegetable bouillon base
- 1/4 tsp chicken base
- 23/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp ground white pepper
- 1/4 cup + 21/3 tbsp solid butter
- 1/2 cup + 12/3 tbsp flour

Step 1
Make a roux with the butter and flour; put cream in pot and add all other ingredients; bring to a boil and add roux slowly until desired thickness. Simmer for 8 minutes.
