Roasted Garlic

Roasted garlic can be added to any dish to give it another layer of flavor. Roasting gives garlic a mellower taste and intensifies its natural sugars giving it a sweetness.
Ingredients
- 1 head of garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 of a French baguette

Preparation
Step 1
Take a head of regular garlic, and cut off the top.
Add a little salt, pepper and olive oil to the cut part of the garlic.
Seal the garlic in aluminum foil or a roasting dish with a lid and cook at 325 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
After it is finished remove it from the pan and grab the bottom of the head of garlic and squeeze out the garlic into a small mixing bowl.
Add the remaining oil from the foil to the small bowl.
Serve the mixture with sliced French Baguette.
