Ingredients
- Cake
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 c. grated carrots
- 1 1/4 c. oil
- dash salt
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- Frosting
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 16 oz. powdered sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla

Step 1
Cake
1. Mix eggs, sugar and oil.
2. Add flour, salt, soda and spices. Add carrots.
3. Bake at 325 for 110 minutes.
Frosting
1. Cream butter and cheese until smooth.
2. Add sugar and vanilla.
