Herbed Roast chicken with potato and carrots

Ingredients
- Preheat oven to 425
- 1 cube softened butter
- kosher salt
- lemon juice
- parsley
- Mix softened butter with salt and juice.
- Loosen skin on chicken and smear butter mixture under skin.
- Toss halfed red skin potatoes and carrots in olive oil. place in roasting pan that has been sprayed with Pam
- fill reservoir with white wine
- Truss chicken and place on suspension arm breast side up
- cook for 30 minutes. Rotate 180 degrees.
- cook until 170 degrees.
