Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cloves
  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 2 cups pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

combine eggs, sugar and oil and beat well. Add all other ingredients and mix together. Pour into three greased and floured bread pans and bake at 350 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
