Ingredients
- 3 lbs. stew beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 12 oz. fresh whole mushrooms, rinsed
- 1 package dry onion soup mix
- 1 C. dry sherry
- 1 16 oz. package Reams frozen egg noodles

Preparation
Step 1
Mix cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, dry onion soup mix, and sherry together in bottom of crock pot. Add beef and mushrooms and mix to coat. Cook on high for 5-6 hours.
Cook Reams noodles according to package directions. Drain, add to crock pot and mix with other ingredients.
