- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Oil
- 4 Eggs
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 1/3 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 1/3 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 Cups Grated Carrots
- 1 1/3 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 1/3 Cup Flour
- Icing
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 4 Cups Icing Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Butter/Margarine
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2-3 tsp Milk

Cooking time 65mins

Step 1
Beat Sugar and oil.
Add Eggs
Mix Dry Ingredients
add to mixture
then add Carrots
Bake in Greased and floured tube pan at 350 for 35-45min
