Ingredients

• BASE:
• 1/2 Cup Cream
• 1/2 Cup Sugar
• 1 Egg beaten
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1-1/3 Cups Flour
• TOPPING:
• 3/4 Cup Flour
• 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
• 1/4 Cup butter

Preparation

Step 1

BASE:
Mix and put into 9X13 inch pan (soft dough)
Layer with Rhubarb
Sprinkle with 1/2 Cup Sugar

TOPPING:
Rub to Crumbs
Sprinkle over top

Bake at 350 Degrees for 30 - 45 min or until light brown.
