Jalapeno Cornbread

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup self rising corn meal
- 1 tablespoon self rising flour
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2/3 cup crisco oil
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 small can cream style corn
- 2 or 3 jalapeno peppers (depends on how hot you like)(you may use canned jalapeno peppers.)
- 1/2 cup green pepper chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 1/2 grated cheddar cheese

Step 1
Mix corn meal, flour and sugar. Add buttermilk, eggs, oil and corn. Mix well add chopped peppers, onions and cheese.
Mix together.
Preheat 9x13 pan, grease well.
Bake @ 375 for 35 minutes or until brown. You may use canned jalapeno peppers.
