Samoa Inspired Cupcakes

Samoa Inspired Cupcakes feature chocolate, caramel and coconut into that classic flavor you know and love from Girl Scout Cookies. Dig in and enjoy!
Ingredients
- 1 packet Frosting Creations Caramel Flavor Mix
- 1 can Creamy Home-Style Cream Cheese Frosting
- 1 box Duncan Hines White Cake mix
- 3 egg white
- 1 1/4 cup water
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 cup melting chocolate
- Shredded coconut
- Cupcake Paper

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F and line 2 muffin tins with 23 cupcake papers.
Prepare cake as instructed in box.
Add 3 tablespoons of cake mix to each cupcake paper.
Bake at 350°F for 18 minutes. Let cool.
While cupcakes are cooling pour half a bag of shredded coconut into a cake pan or baking sheet with sides. Spread the coconut so out. Bake at 350°F until golden, be careful not to over bake.
Mix Duncan Hines Caramel Flavor packet into cream cheese icing.
Pipe icing onto cooled cupcakes.
Top cupcakes with shredded coconut.
Melt chocolate and drizzle over cupcakes.
