- 2/3 CUP PARMESAN CHEESE
- 1/3 CUP FINE BREAD CRUMBS
- MOZZARELLA CHEESE SLICES
- 1 GREEN PEPPER
- SPAGHETTI SAUCE

Step 1
COMBINE FLOUR, SALT, PEPPER & PAPRIKA IN A PAPER BAG
ADD CHICKEN BREASTS ONE AT A TIME TO PAPER BAG & SHAKE THOROUGHLY TO COAT
AFTER COATING WITH FLOUR MIXTURE DIP CHICKEN IN A MIXTURE OF THE EGGS BEATEN WITH THE MILK
ROLL EGG COATED CHICKEN IN A MIXTURE OF PARMESAN CHEESE & BREAD CRUMBS
FRY CHICKEN IN A LARGE FRYING PAN UNTIL BROWNED
PLACE IN A BAKING DISH AND ADD 1 GREEN PEPPER RING AND 1 SLICE OF MOZZARELLA CHEESE ON TOP OF EACH BREAST
COVER WITH SPAGHETTI SAUCE
BAKE 425 DEGREES 45 MIN.
