- 1 CUP CONFECTIONERS SUGAR
- 2 3OZ PACKAGES OF CREAM CHEESE
- 1/2 CUP SOFTENED BUTTER
- 1/2 t. VANILLA

COMBINE FIRST 9 INGREDIENTS ... MIX WELL
POUR INTO A GREASED & FLOURED JELLY ROLL PAN
BAKE 375 DEGREES 15 MIN.
COOL 10 MIN.
TURN ONTO A COTTON DISH TOWEL AND ROLL TO COOL
COMBINE CONFECTIONERS SUGAR, CREAM CHEESE, BUTTER & VANILLA AND BEAT
CAREFULLY UNROLL COOLED CAKE, FROST AND ROLL BACK UP
CHILL
