Preparation
Step 1
Using the Tupperwave Stack Cooker with Colander, cook ground beef in the microwave for 4-5 minutes on High power, stirring once, until browned. Discard fat and juices, wipe container. (For evenly fine ground beef, use the Tupperware Quick Chef!) Combine cooked ground beef, salsa and cheese in the Casserole, or Heat’n’Serve Container and reheat on Medium power for 4-6 minutes to bring to serving temp. Stir well, and serve as a hot dip with nacho chips.
Create your own Casserole Sensation-- add cooked pasta to leftover dip.
Freezes well in the Vent'N'Serve or Heat’n’Serve.
VARIATIONS: Use cheese sauce instead of salsa. Also by changing the type of salsa used you can change the ‘heat’ and taste of the dip. Try a salsa that has pineapple and it takes on a sweet fruity taste kids really like.
