In a large bowl, combine the first four ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar

- 1/2 cup chopped seeded tomato
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 3 cups shredded lettuce
- 4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled

- 1 can (15 oz.) black eyed peas, drained
- 1 can (11 oz.) corn kernels, drained
- 2/3 C parsley

- 2 tbsp Cajun or Creole seasoning
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper optional
- 1 lb uncooked large shrimp shelled, deveined
- Lemon wedges

- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained
- and chopped
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mozzarella, shredded
- 1/4 cup parmigiano reggiano (parmesan), grated
- 1 loaf Italian bread, sliced in half lengthwise

- 4 tbsp butter unsalted
- 1 1/2 lbs cremini mushrooms
- 2 tbsp fresh thyme chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
- 1/4 tsp pepper or to taste
- 5 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

- 1 1/2 lb.fresh asparagus, trimmed, or other vegetables, (see below)see savings
- 2 Tbsp.chopped fresh herbs or 2 tsp. dried herbs, crushed (optional)

- 1 lb. crawfish tails
- 1 (10-3/4 oz.) can French onion soup
- 1 (10-3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10-oz.) can tomatoes with green chilies
- 1-1/2 C uncooked rice
- 1/3 C margarine, melted
- 1/4 C chopped bell pepper
- 1 C chopped green onions
- 1/3 C dried parsley
- 1/2 C grated Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 C grated cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste

- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 5 large egg yolks
- 1/4 cup sugar
- pinch of salt
- 8 ounces bittersweet chocolate, melted
- whipped cream and grated chocolate for decoration, optional
