- 2/3 cup barbecue sauce, devided
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 large egg whites
- 1 1/2 pounds ground round
- 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats

Macaroni and Cheese
