Strawberry Cheesecake Salad

Thaw whipped topping and in a large salad bowl stir together whipped topping, yogurts, and pudding powder
- 12 oz. whipped topping
- 1 small package of cheesecake pudding (just the powder, don't add the milk)
- 3 (6 oz) strawberry yogurts (I used Yoplait)
- 1 lb fresh strawberries, sliced
- 3 bananas, sliced (add just before serving or they brown)
- miniature marshmallows (add just before serving)
Whipped Cinnamon Pumpkin Honey Butter

Beat the butter with an electric mixer until smooth
- 2 sticks Butter(1 C. or 8 oz.), softened
- 3/4 t. Cinnamon
- 6 T. Pumpkin Puree
- 4 T. Honey
- 1 t. Vanilla

- 3 tsp. canola oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 (7oz.) baking potato, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 lb. ground skinless turkey breast
- 1 large egg white
- 1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. ground sage
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 3 cups fat free egg substitute
- 2 Tbs. chopped fresh parsley
- 2 Tbs. snipped fresh chives
Stuffed Shells

1. Bring a large pot of water to boil
- 1 Box (12oz.) jumbo pasta shells
- 1 Tbs. extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling
- 4 oz. thinly sliced prosciutto, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 head radicchio, cored and shredded (4 cups)
- 1 tsp. red-wine vinegar
- 12 oz. fresh riccota cheese (1 1/4 cups)
- 8 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese, chilled and cut into small cubes (1 cup)
- coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
- 5 cups favorite tomato sauce
- Unsalted butter, for dotting
- Garnish: finley grated paresan cheese

- 1 Tbs. granulated sugar
- 1 Tbs. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg

- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/4 cups plain fat free yogurt

In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water
- 2 (.25 ounce) envelopes active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup water
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 lb. ground meat
- 1 can chopped tomatoes undrained
- 1/2 bag frozen vegetable mix cooked
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup UNCLE BEN’S® ORIGINAL CONVERTED® Brand Rice

1) Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl for a good long while (5-10 minutes), to really get the crackers coat...
- 1 – 1 1/4 cup canola oil (you decide how much you want to use)
- 1 packet Ranch dressing mix
- 2-3 Tbs. red pepper flakes (I used close to 3…a little warm)
- 4 sleeves of Saltine crackers (give or take…however many you can fit in your mixing bowl)
