- 12 hard boiled eggs, peeled, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 (4.5-ounce) can chopped green chiles
- 2 medium avocados, pitted, peeled, and chopped - 2 cups
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped
- 1 package flour tortillas for burritos
- 1/3 cup cilantro leaves
Chicken Marsala Sandwiches

1 In small microwavable bowl, mix oil and garlic
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- Salt and pepper, if desired
- 1 lb chicken breast cut for scaloppine by butcher (or 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts pounded to 1/8-inch thickness)
- 1 can (6 oz) Green Giant® B in B® sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/2 cup Marsala (sweet) wine or apple juice
- 1 can (18.5 oz) Progresso® Vegetable Classics French onion soup
- 4 kaiser rolls
- 4 oz fontina cheese, sliced, shaved or grated*
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes, if desired
Sweet Hawaiian Yeast Bread (bread Machine)

- 3/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 1/2 tablespoons honey
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups bread flour
- 2 tablespoons dry milk
- 2 teaspoons fast rising yeast or 2 teaspoons quick-rising yeast
Italian Sausage Tortellini Soup

1. In a large skillet, brown the mini sausage balls until cooked through
- 1 lb. Italian Sausage, rolled into 1/4 teaspoon size balls
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 red bell peppers, diced
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 8 cups vegetable or chicken broth
- 2 (15 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cups chopped kale
- 2 cups cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- Salt and black pepper, to taste

1. Heat oven to 350°F. In ungreased 12-inch pizza pan, break up cookie dough
- 1 roll (16.5 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated chocolate chip cookies
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 3/4 cup hot fudge topping
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional)

- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 large garlic clove, minced
- 3/4 pound cooked skinless boneless chicken breasts, shredded
- 2 (6 in.) corn tortillas, roughly chopped
- 1 (14.5 oz) can diced fire-roasted tomatoes
- 1 cup frozen corn kernels
- 1 large red potato, scrubbed and cut into 1/2 inch dice
- 1 (32 oz) container reduced sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 haas avocado, pitted, peeled, and cut into 1/4 inch dice
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded reduced fat Monterey Jack cheese
Cheese, Olive and Buttermilk Herb Bread

1) Preheat oven to 180C or 350F
- 2 1/4 cups plain flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard powder
- 60 g freshly grated parmesan
- 60 g grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup green olives, sliced
- 8 pieces sundried tomatoes, sliced thinly
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup mixture of spring onion and Italian parsley
- 2 tsp thyme leaves or 1 tsp dried thyme
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/4 cup buttermilk (or use 1 1/4 cup less 1 Tbsp fresh milk + 1 Tbsp white vinegar or lemon juice. Set aside for 10 minutes before using)
- Egg wash (optional) made from 1 egg yolk beaten with 2 tsp water
- Extra thyme springs and sea salt, for topping

- 1/2 lb. dried kidney beans
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 lb. bacon, cut into 1/2 inch pieces

- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 lb. coarsely ground beef
- 1/2 lb. ground prok sausage
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 (28oz.) can crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 2 Tbs. brown sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 2 Tbs. chili powder
- 2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 tsp. ground cumin
- 2 Tbs. worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 1 (8oz.) carton low-fat sour cream
- 4 green onions, chopped
