- for the gravy :
- 1.5 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 T oil
- 1 or 2 onions, sliced (I ended up only using one large onion)

Baked Whole Wheat Apple Cider Doughnuts

*Preheat your oven to 325 degrees
- mini bundt pans or a donut pan (muffin pans will work in a pinch)
- 2 cups white whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 egg
- 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup finely chopped apple
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup (the real stuff!)
- 1/3 cup apple cider
- 1/3 cup plain yogurt (I used Greek)
- 3 T oil
- cinnamon sugar

*Preheat your oven to 380 degrees
- 1 1/4 cups flour (I used white whole wheat)
- 1 T baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 cups Raisin Bran
- 1 cup milk (skim is great)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup brown sugar, lightly packed

Slow Cooker Pork Tenderloin

*Rinse the tenderloin and cover it with the garlic salt and steak seasoning
- pork tenderloin without seasoning
- 1/4 cup grape juice
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 T garlic salt
- 1 T Montreal steak seasoning
- 2 large or 4 small pears
Sweet and Sour Pork

- For the Sauce:
- 1 pork tenderloin
- 1 T oil

- 1 onion
- 1 red pepper
- 1 orange pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- handful of snow peas
- handful of baby carrots
- 2 T oil
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp ginger
- 3/4 cup chicken broth (low sodium)
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup ketchup (I used low sugar)
- 2 packets (or 2tsp) soy sauce
- 3 T rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sesame oil

*Combine the egg, 1/4 cup of the soup (I just eyeball it), rice, onion powder, and pepper

- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/4 cup uncooked white rice (or 1/2 cup cooked brown rice)
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano (optional--I don't use it)
- 1/2 cup water

- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup wheat germ
- 1/4 cup flaxseed meal
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 tsp orange zest
- 1/3 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
- 1/2 teaspoon real vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars
