Preheat oven to 325 Cake: Sprinkle into bottom of greased/floured bundt pan chopped walnuts
- Cake:
- 1 c walnuts chopped
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 jello instant vanilla pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c cold water
- 1/2 c oil
- 1/2 c rum
- Glaze:
- 1 stick butter
- 1/4 c water
- 1 c sugar
- 1/2 c rum
Cheese and Sun Dried Tomato Profiteroles with Herb Oil

For the Profiteroles: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- Profiteroles:
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cut into pieces

Place an oven rack in the center of the oven
- Pot Pie Filling:
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup whole milk, at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 small store-bought rotisserie chicken breast, chopped into 1/4-inch pieces (about 3/4 cup meat)
- 1 cup broccoli florets, cut into 1/4 to 1/2-inch pieces, steamed (about 2 ounces)
- To Assemble:
- All-purpose flour, for dusting
- Two 10-inch round unfold-and-bake frozen pie crusts, thawed
- 1 large egg
- Special equipment: 12-cup mini-muffin pan; 3-inch round cookie cutter; 2-inch round cookie cutter

- 1/2 med. onion, diced
- 1 tbsp. olive oil

- 1 (15.25 oz.) can of corn, drained
- 1 (14.5 oz.) can of green beans, drained
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 2 c. sweet potatoes, cubed (approx 3 med. potatoes)
